my ecas hasn't been updated yet ....it still says rbvo.....well the only headache is fresh pcc's for both of us.....

n surprisingly they haven't mentioned abt photographs with negatives in my letter ( its der for rohan & pun123).....

i m not able to think of a logic for that request (n that too with negatives)

do u have ny idea ?

Also got MR + PPR+ Fee request from ND VO today.

I could not find PCC request line, can you help on which page it is for you. We submitted PCC with main application but want to be double sure.

Also they are asking negatives of photo --- surprising from whehe to get it nowdays in digital photo world

that's a strange thing they request... you can either send them an expalanation that it's a digital photo or you can always take another photo which wouldn't be digital & send them the neg.s...

I am really surprised by the strange requests the Visa offices seem to be asking in their 2nd AORs & requests!!!

I guess there could be some admin error as with the photograph requests ???? I know you must have gone through the letters more than a couple of times by now , but i suggest you have another person review that again. May be your husband? I bet it's time for him to get involved in these stuffs too .

I know you must have gone through the letters more than a couple of times by now , but i suggest you have another person review that again. May be your husband? I have received PPR request today through a Registered Post The date on the letter is March-03-2011. This is a joint request of PCC+Medicals+Passport as I analysed and expected.

i was about to visit the registration council on Monday....then i thought of checking the webcite and verifing myself on the net...

i was shocked to find out the information available on council site pertains to someone else...it is a blunder by the council.....it shows someone else name and address...... some stupid typographical mistake by some gentle clerk :'(....i ll visit to get it rectified and securing an apology letter from them

till then.... nothing can heppen except bit delay... :-* as the verification needs to be OOOlllLLL Kreckt (OK) as it only heppens in INDIA

Guys,

How Old PCCs they are accepting now? I have my FBI clearance dated November 23rd 2011. if its 3 months, then its already expired and if 6 months i probably can answer them with something when they request for one.

Local PCC should piece of cake. I am worried about FBI clearance.

Shocking! letter from NDVO

received by registered post stating that registration certificate submitted by me is found to be belong to someone else...

It appears, upon verification with registration council that you are not duly registered with them and that these registration numbers belong to another individual.


before a decision is made in your case...reply within 30 days....

How to prove authenticity of ducoment....

already provided notarized copy of registration...

Should i procure a letter in my favour from registration council..

or simply reply stating that all this belong to me that is by i m working in this profession in Govt organisation....may verify again

raj try to get a 'letter of good standing' from ur regd council.
