I have received PPR request today through a Registered Post The date on the letter is March-03-2011. This is a joint request of PCC+Medicals+Passport as I analysed and expected.

Congrats for the progress. Can you please tell ,if they are asking for any specification in the passport ? Or just they have asked for Passport? Because I read somewhere in the forum that visa office asks for the passport that has different lines for surname and first name and certain other specification. Thanks

I could not find PCC request line, can you help on which page it is for you. We submitted PCC with main application but want to be double sure.
Also they are asking negatives of photo --- surprising from whehe to get it nowdays in digital photo world

wow 3 medicals and PPR on a Saturday I remember CB also received it on a Saturday Congrats all 3 of you You are almost there now

We were cursing their systems and procedures for not being so transparent, but looks like all of us are in fact going to receive the Visas in 36 weeks :-* :-*

Shocking! letter from NDVO
received by registered post stating that registration certificate submitted by me is found to be belong to someone else...
It appears, upon verification with registration council that you are not duly registered with them and that these registration numbers belong to another individual.
before a decision is made in your case...reply within 30 days....
How to prove authenticity of ducoment....
already provided notarized copy of registration...
Should i procure a letter in my favour from registration council..
or simply reply stating that all this belong to me that is by i m working in this profession in Govt organisation....may verify again

Hi I am new member of this forum, but I have occasionally stopped by to view topics. Today, my girlfriend who is applying as a FSW1, received a NER. She applied with NOC 2151. She has over 10 years of architectural experience. She has well over 1 year experience in every job duty listed for NOC 2151 yet the explanation for her rejection was that they do not believe she is an architect. I would like to know if there is an email address that we can write to, in order to amend or clarify anything in her application that the immigration officials may have overlooked. Do we still have time before the application is mailed back or have they already mailed it? Thanks in advance.
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):
The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 2151 - Architect. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.
After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of NOC 2151. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 2151 - Architect.

Very sad to hear this from a fellow Architect . My guess is that either she did not provide enough supporting documentation to prove the employment, or that she had the job duties too similar to the ones in the HSRDC website.

I hope the AOR letter reads the same, for you in line with the others from your VO. Until i see the letter, i cannot comment on that. If it's the same AOR as others, please wait for the medicals

What is gap of time between this 2 ecas status.
From here on we can check the ECAS. Initially the ECAS will read ‘Application Received' and inside the link to read
We received your application for permanent residence on XXXX(App received by CIO date)
AND .
ECAS to read ‘Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE' and inside the link to read,
We received your application for permanent residence on XXXX(App received by CIO date).
Medical results have been received.(This is an absolute bug)
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on XXXX(PER email date). Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
What i am understanding is when one get per email he will see " Application Received'" link..then when he will see ...Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE' ?
