My heartiest congratulations to those receiving Medical requests, but my heart is also saddened to see that the earliest applicants from London have still not heard anything at all after PER.
This means more time for my husband and me to have to be apart.
Please could London start giving us some good news? I would like something to look forward to!

Right now I'd settle for ANY news from London for any >J26 applicant. Good, bad or indifferent!

Once Buffalo and London get "active" then around 90% of current applicants will be at active visa offices (i.e. 2nd AORs and onwards have been issued for >J26 applicants).

We are already seeing 1 month disrepancy between Manila and London, how many more do u think?

Hi Shyam: I see yet another issue here. Your priority 1122 is your ONLY NOC that counts as 2281 and 2282 are not in the NOC 29 list. Was that your understanding already, or did your consultant tell you something different? The suggestion to get your tracking number and check out dates for yourself is a good one. Let us know what happens. Good luck.

Yes, i have the NOC list with me.The agency put these skills as well in the application. I have sent a case specific mail to CIC.I'm not sure whether they could track it with out an IMM5401 receipt number or AOR number. I have put all the details as per your advise.As i authorized the agency for all communications, i'm not sure whether CIC will reply to me or not. This is the response they sent to a friend of mine.
"This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
Our records indicate that you have authorized a representative to contact this office on your behalf. As such, correspondence regarding your file is directed exclusively to that representative.
If you would like to obtain information about your application, kindly contact your representative directly.
If you would like this office to correspond directly with you and if you no longer wish to be represented by that person or firm, provide us with a signed copy of the form revoking the authorization of your existing representative. The form is available-IMM5476E.PDF"

Question to practically minded, non-melodramatic and knowledgeable forum visitors!

So, here is the :

PREMISES:
A) Application was submitted in October/2010
B) We have moved since (change of location, jobs etc.)
C) PER received recently.

QUESTION:
1. HOW SOON DO WE HAVE TO NOTIFY VO about these changes?

After CIO PER or VO AOR (2nd AOR) ?

So, what would be the proper action?

Hi Canada0801,

You can inform your VO of any changes after 1st AOR /PER as the email from CIO clearly mentioned "Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents.”After receipt of PER , I’ve had some changes and I promptly informed my VO of the changes+ providing my details, Client ID, Application file number,etc,. My VO did update to the correct case. You could also right away inform your VO. The Officer in Charge of your file will update the changes accordingly.

I've seen your post, and the next ones after this one. I've also read the replies from Indira. I have the exact same issu as you, and I believe Jincymaramon is on the same boat. My e-cas shows:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 30th, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter to "my mailibgaddress" on February 1, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

As you see, I am pretty much sure that in my case, since my address is stated, I am getting an NER with all the papers back. I also sent an enquiry through the cic website to CIO Sydney at the beginning of February, they've replied today saying my file is still waiting to be reviewed by an officer. Who knows what's going on eh?. I'm planning to call tomorrow and find out. In any case just wanna let u know that yours is not the only case.

But i havent received any email....whereas everyone else has said that they have received PER on same date as mentioned above (on their status...of course)....if you know what I mean?????

I think this is what we will do: we will email to law office updating latter of all changes and will ask them to confirm that they will notify VO of the same or , if not, to let us know so we can send an update info on our own.
Law firm people are nice and friendly and pleasant to communicate with, but we get a sense that they don't read our emails and have little stakes whether things are followed up or not... :-X

I assume that we will have to send a written letter to the address provided on the same PER notification email , including the file #, receipt # and details of changes (moved, changed employment, etc.)

When I informed VO of my changes, I just emailed them but CC to CIO‘s email as well. Good Luck to you !

If you want to send an inquiry to CIO, go there and submit ur enq: But you ought to await the response from CIO quite a few days.

What do you want to know? e.g: if you want to know your application status, just simply ask the status of application! BTW, your CC/BD charged already?
