as your application has been determined to be eligible by CIO Sydney you are not eligible for any refund of the processing fee should your application be withdrawn or refused by the visa office.

Processing time: it require an average of 10 months to process at this office. if u hvnot received any instruction from this office 6 months after you submitted ur docu...pl contact this office directly.

Though you are September applicant, you got your 2nd AOR before July/August applicants. Hope this trend will continue ;D

Do u think it is 2nd AOR, what i guess is, this is only the information that will soon be sent to all the applicants whose applications have been received by NDVO.

2nd AOR should be when v receive request for PCC and medical

v can check with CB who also has received his 2nd AOR......maybe then v could get an idea of the 2nd AOR contents...and if its is a 2nd AOR...heartiest congratulationss

This is interesting because you are the second 1122 applicant recently whose application reached CIC in November and have reported that your BD has been cashed. We've had users whose application was received 28th October+ and been told the cap was already full, and have had their applications returned.

The reply you've got is usually just a bog standard reply for applicants that are awaiting eligibility review.

How and why November applicants can have made it into the cap, when some October applicants have been rejected due to cap being filled, I have no idea.

In my opinion 2nd AOR just confirms the receipt of file at VO and that processing has started at that office. This is what the mail you've got tells us. So it is 2nd AOR atleast according to our threads terminology. When we receive medicals it is Medicals Request(MR) and when we receive request for passport submission it is PPR, though both are done at a time for New Delhi applicants.

This is 2nd AOR(Acknowledgement of receipt) indeed.
Medical and pcc request will be sent later.

Just checked again - still "Received by VO" and no medicals line in the details page.

Hopefully the Tuesday update will iron out any creases. Concerning that the bug has slipped back in again though.
