Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Any one have idea on where to find details of R80(3) ? As it is given in OP6 page 13 it is given that

" For the purpose of skilled worker application , the " Employment Requirements " listed in the description of each occupation are not applicable ( refer R80(3) ) "

What does it mean... Is that a person holding Bachelor in Arts & having 10 years of exp. as Hotel Manager or Pharmacist can apply ?

Please provide url of R80(3) ?

Thanks Amro, perhaps there is one correction required,
My BD was cashed on Nov 10th 2010 (but I believe it doesn't matter a great deal)...
Based on my observation of spreadsheet, I am expecting my PER at the middle or end of Feb, am I right?

As for us my view CIO should accept both Academic and General Training test on or before 2010-07-26. Now can u tell me the exact date when CIO received your application? and also your IELTS EXAM date.If it its before the OP6 date then it is the mistake of CIO not yours you can explain them so u may not required to give IELTS once again

1. Call CIO directly right now.I hope u will have the number.......
2. Send case specific enquiry mentioning the op6 dates
3. Send E-mail to general CIO enquiry mentioning the op6 date
4. Write a letter, attach the OP6 send via Fedex it will reach soon.
5. Worst case we can send E-mail to KENNY (MINISTER)to solve the problem

Surely You will get +ve response soon

Hi All,

This has been a very bad day for me. I just got an email from CIC that my application was returned with all its attachments since it was deemed incomplete. They send it last Sept. 29, 2010 but until now I haven't receive the docs yet. They didn't specifiy also why it is incomplete. The email comes from the FSW-Inquiry Client service Unit.

Questions: How long does it usually take to receive the docs sent from CIO? Will they state specifically the reason why it was returned? Shall I consider this a NER already?

Dear Friend,

I received my file back after 103 days with the status of missing birth certificate. You contact CIC with providing them the application receiving details.
then they will reply with all details and where about of your file.
