thanx forum .i have become able to find out the BD encashment date 15th oct 2010( after 7 days of document received by Miller) according to the tricks of forum especially from prabhakaran.

MY file was returned on 14 sept which I received on 10th dec 2010.

I have resubmitted my application on 19th Jan 2011 under FSW 4152 with PCC and IELTS.
BD has been given.
VO New Delhi.

Hmm 8.75 years isn't such a great difference? My wife's father (who is no longer with us) was 17 years older than her mother!

Dear forumers,
Unfortionately the visa office problem which was solved in NEW DELHI transfered to CAIRO. I made an inquiry about my application last Sunday and i got a reply talking about 120 day for documents.I sent their reply to CIO via enquiry email asking about that wrong reply and I sent another email to CAIRO explainig my setiuation as post 26 JUNE applicant
Here is my email and there reply

I applied under issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. I sent all documents mentioned in CIO chick list and Cairo visa office chick list once with

•Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
•Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
•Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
•Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
•Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker
to centralized intake office in Nova Scotia on 27 August 2010
According to the CIO-Sydney email and the guide instructions i am not asked to send any applications or documents to Cairo visa office unless there is a critical change like address change or child birth
I am making an enquiry now as i can not chick my application status on line

I sent fedral skilled immigration application kite with my full documents encluded in CIC chick list and Cairo visa office chick list like original IELTS results , original university transcripts for me and my spouse, original birth and marriage certificats translated by corresponding ministries , photos for family members encluded in applicaton, police clearence certificats , and copies of passeports, proof of sufficient funds, experience certificats ,ID cards ,all with official translation

I recived an email fro centralised intake offoce in Nova Scotia on 15th December 2010 informing us that my application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing and ourfile was transefered to Cairo visa office for further processing

Till now we did not recive any kind of contact from cairo office about our application

what is the next step for our application??

Nice Blog Wayne! Is it possible that you're willing to open it up to guest writers? I'd like to write up an article on my NER experience!

Also pretty bad the Visa offices are still giving that 120 day stuff to us lot in the new system. Hopefully they'll be corrected by CIO, though it shouldn't be a problem once they get the applications as it'll be pretty obvious that everything is already submitted.

make sure your spellings are correct when you send any formal letter to CIO..

It may convey altogether a different message to them....

Sould we sbubmitt the doucments or not ? I make inqury to VO but they says that they did not get the file from NS yet and they will let us know when they will get it. While some other VO have some different kind of answer. So wat is going on does any one have any idea?

Dear Satish,
I think the officer who sent me the PER knows the new instructions.when I sent visa office reply to CIC, that was to inform them that Cairo office does not have any kind of information and gives us wrong answers as well.
