My dear friend,
I had tried to contact VO, but I did not get any proper replay like you got the one. Can you tell us thta wat kind of inquiry you sent to VO? so we can also try to connect our VO and lets compare our answer. I had also sent a mial to CIC and they said that they had sent our file to VO, but still there is no action from VO. So lets try to find out by comparing our answer that wat is going on

Hi! Wish you a very happy start of the week. Well, in fact the 12 week stuff was what the CIO mentioned in their email to me; "If you are not contacted by our office in 10-12 weeks please make a query for the status."It was Dec 23rd then and my app. was receicved on 21st.

And as for prediction dear,I should say your special case - and of course those of some other members' of our forum- does not follow a definite rule, hence is not predictable. It's not just a matter of taking turns in being reviewed by CIO in your case; The fact is that there are a lot of prayers and best wishes all around your case that are pushing it ahead, hopefully on the top of a number in qeue. And that's what you as well as all other kind, generous and helpful friends of our forum rightfully deserve.

hey guys. i just joined this forum. its a great place to share views and gain information on canada visa.

Can someone please reply to these queries.

1. i have applied on 21st october 2010 under NOC 1122. What was the date on with the cap was filled.

2. My Bank Draft is not yet encashed. does it take really this long or there is some problem

3. i have not added my wife and child in initial application. can i add them later for the PR.

you can expect to hear from CIO within 10-12 weeks from the date they received your application......please have a look at the spreadsheet to have an idea on the current timelines.

1. I'm not sure if you have made it to the CAP this year. As of now we have info on an application that reached on 29th October, not getting into the CAP for 1122.

2. I seriously doubt that your BD is not yet encashed. Two possibilities are it's already encashed and the bank cant verify it properly or it has not been encashed and the application is already on it's way for failing the completeness check.

3. I guess yes you can add them to your application at a later stage, provided you have given ALL info about your marriage and family members including your children in your current application.

One thing i suggest you is to send an inquiry using the below link and see where your application is. They will definitely reply about the status of your application as it is already past several weeks.
