Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

That email address is not quite correct. I am looking at the exact email address of the PER sent to us, and it is:
FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca (without the spaces)

Note the underscore instead of hyphen between "Centralized" and "Intake".

I have copied the email address from AOR of my brother-in-law (before June 26 application).

May be for PER they have put underscore instead of hyphen between "Centralized" and "Intake".

Aye the perhaps now use a slightly different email address. But the simple solution would of course be to add BOTH formats of email address into your contact list, problem solved

How many days probably CIC will response to the email?I contacted them only this time after I read the above issue.Well,i am asking what is the status of my documents after they received it.

Anybody who has already received their PER able to check their status online. There are two sets of number UCI number and Application number that starts with B*********. Which number should we use to check our status online.

Mine shows error. Anybody with any luck so far.

The status is not yet available. I check it frequently.

Go to the Client Application Status page:-
In Identification Type :- Select Immigration File No
In Identification no :- Give Application no i.e. the one Starting with B*
Provide other details as per instruction.
Most probably you won't get any status as of now.

What's the error message you get?

Those emails addresses cannot be used to contact CIO. They are just for notifications from CIO. There is another email address for enquiries:
FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

(without the spaces)

As for how long it takes to get a reply you will have to skip back through the forum, or maybe someone who has contacted the above address can tell you? Sorry I have never sent an enquiry so I do not know, but from what I remember reading of other people contacting them it is usually a few days.

No,I don't have such ID. I just gave them my full name and date of birth. Of course as my package was reported as lost by the courier, they asked me for the tracking number and I gave it as well.
