You can call up this # +16139444000, then dial 1-2-1-2-0‏, it is pretty much calling up the Vodafone customer care, you might have to wait for 8- 10 min to get connected to CIC agent.

And from what I can gather the "CIC agents" you speak to when you eventually get through have only a marginally better idea of what's going on with your application than if you called Vodafone in the first place

Good post but let correct one thing, what to carry while going to register OHIP. you need to have first month Bank statement which should come by post, print outs from bank with stamp will not be accepted or carry lease documents

one needs to carry PR card if already received or Landing paper , Credit card, bank statment or Lease paper mentioning your house no with pin code. Passports

go to Ontario service office it will take lessthen 30 mins if u reach in early hours by 9:30am. u will get acknowledgement from office which can be used to approach family doctor to register. u will get ur cards by post withing 3 weeks at ur door address.

waiting period is 3 months in ontario from the date of landing, so before going wait and gather all ur documents then approach for health card no matter when u registed coverage will start only after 3 months.

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED ON AIRPORT ITSELF AFTER COMPLETING UR IMMIGRATION PROCESS ON WELCOME DESK
