hello all,

I would like to thank you guy for your kind words... I believe in god :) so I am always happy.

What I send is the experience letter and it contains a full job responsibility which I pretty sure related to 1122 NOC, but I missed to mentions to my salary :) may be they thought I worked for them for free which is stupid thought because no body work for free....

Any way I will send a reconsideration message for them telling them about this thing and I will wait their response!!!

I will inform you guys with their reply ;)

Thanks,
iafaneh

Wish you the best of luck, dear friend.

I can not tale when the CC was en-cashed .

Sorry

Congratulations Roman, welcome to the forum and thanks for breaking the silence we've had over the last couple of days. Here's to hoping we get at least 15 PERs next week at 3 a day.

Wayne, I think it's time to get excited ;D

No, I think the time to get excited is if we actually receive one! ;)

Until then I don't want to tempt providence too much....

dear Iafaneh,

your application made to the cap of 1,000, so my view here is to try to convince CIO that your experience is sufficient to gain points under 1122 NOC.

I noted CanadaJimmy sent a fax and it worked, you could try that way as well.

experiencewise, what roles did you include in the reference letter(s)?

wish you best of luck, don't loose hope buddy, I hope you will make it, it might be a bit of further effort before you hear good news from CIO ;D

Well the fax got them to take a second look, whether it changes my decision has yet to be seen. :-X

I think in your case Jimmy it is 100% the mistake of CIO, since people working in Canada on a temporary work permit may apply under FSW2 (TWP from within Canada or AEO from ouside Canada are the 2 valid ways to apply for FSW2). Whereas with Iafaneh is seems a more grey area.

Except the third point they made on mine, where they said I didn't provide proof of my years work experience might be valid, since all I provided there was the TWP since I thought that would be enough. It'd be extremely lame for them to say that doesn't prove it but it's possible.

Edit: If they choose to reject me I will of course argue that the work permit is a government certified document that states I started working for this employer on this date with this NOC code :) I won't give up without a fight!

Well will keep my fingers crossed for you Jimmy! I still am skeptical since there seems to be a good deal of luck involved, and that's not usually my strong point! Hopefully only a week or so until we hear something now though.

Dear Jimmy,

I think when they found that you didn't submit an appropriate evidence to apply under FSW2 (according to their wrong review) they automatically move to consider you as FSW1 then again when they found that you didn't submit an appropriate evidences to apply under FSW1 "they said that you didn't provide proof of your years work experience".

Makes sense - Hope you're right Canady! I need those work experience points to pass, I'm 6 points short without.

Hey guys, is there are reason why my info was removed from the spreadsheet? I had already confirmed my presence on the forum before. Please add me to the list again:

Received Aug. 30, 2010

Thanks.
