Hi Physiocraze,

OK thanks for the update dude! Looks pretty genuine, although it also seems to totally negate the changes CIC made to their guide regarding removal of AORs and also not forwarding to visa office until after medicals.

Are you able to access the ECAS system with your file number yet?

Cheers,
Wayne.

Earlier they used to recommend the application to VO for final determination of eligibility..

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing

but now they already have done that as mentioned in physiocraze's AOR..

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing

As i compared my old AOR with this new one..

So i guess now 1st AOR is bringing GOOD NEWS one stage ahead of earlier times.. :)

No, it is a copy paste of the letter, with a checkbox adjacent to FSW1 . See how FSW2 is unchecked?

Wish that all of us without exceptions recieve ours :)

Please confirm whether you are FSW1 or FSW2 ? because it will make a difference for our estimation for the incoming AORs

Hi Friends,

It denotes unchecked box of FSW2

I am FSW -1 Applicant

E-Cas file with new file no. is not accessible

E-Cas file with old file no. shows the same previous details of old file.

OK. This is not so strange since many of the May/June applicants are reporting they still can't access ECAS.
Tbh I think we'd settle for knowing whether or not we passed our eligibility review before Christmas! :)

Wayne.

Congratulations PHYSIOCRAZE!!! All the best for the rest of the process mate!

Now, I have another bit of news which is puzzling me beyond explanation. This morning I finally heard back from my bank regarding my BD and they told me it has not been encashed as yet. I went absolutely ballistic (and yes! tears were shed in shock!) and counted the seconds until I could get home and give CIC a call to find out about when my application was returned.

I finally managed to get an agent on the phone and after explaining everything to her and giving her my name and birth date she gave the '33 week wait' line. I told her I couldn't do that because if I wanted to reapply I would have to do so immediately. She was kind enough to put me on hold again and check the status of my application and told me that it has NOT been returned and is showing up as 'In process' in her system. :o

I have no clue what to make of this now. Did the guy at the bank tell me it hadn't been cashed just to get me off his case or what??!!!

The rest of the applicants who don't know about their BD status better hop to it or you are all going to be sweating bullets like me!

Dear Asaif....

I can immagine how nervous you are at the moment.

Relax, friend.
Just keep checking your email and i pray for you to recieve your AOR very very soon. You deserve the best, friend. ;)

In fact, all of you, guys in this forum deserve the best. :)
May God relive our tention all regarding our eligibility review. :)

I think all of us, specially those who applied in July and Augast should check their email box from now on.
Be optimistic and cheers all. ;D ;D ;D
