plz i need help from all seniors for my case. i m giving details so u sll assess it whether i m eligible and how much i m correct
age...........................................10 points
relative in canada.........................5 points
education
MBA from allama iqbal open university but i have attended 15 hrs per week classes atcollege in faisalabada
moreover i passed all semester in 2002 but i did not appear in viva now in 2010 and passed that so now they issued me transcript nad degree as well
problem is that on my transcript it is written as
semesters
sprin 2001
autumn 2001
spring 2001
but also wtitten results declared on march 2010(when i passed viva)
now i have job experience between 2002 and 2010...will they consider my MBA can i get 22 points for it..and what they do with my experience ..will they count it......my MBA is spreading from 2002 to 2010
i am working as assistant restaurant manager
experience 4 years........21 points
ielts.............................12 points
total ..........................70 points
what u all say that i have 22 points for education or only 20 for BA.

will they give me 22 points for MBA from allam iqbal university islamabada.nad plz tell me also that my MBA passed semesters in 2002 but i passed viva in 2010 and transcript is showing that march 2010 is date of declaration of result(gap from 2002 to 2010) but i have also each semester passed marks sheets

am i eligible under 0631 code as ass restaurant manager
my ielts will expire (1 year) in mar 2011 .can i apply in nov and will they again ask to submit ielts...i m raelly confused

The IELTS can be no older than 1 year when they receive it at the first point of application. So you have up to March 2011 to apply. Once they have it, it doesn't matter how long it takes them to process your application.

Can you please let me know how they had indicated that it was failure to date the payment form that caused the rejection? Also can you please indicate when you had sent the app/noc and when you got the returned package? thanks

My package was received by CIC on Sept. 10, I got it back few days ago with an explanation letter and the date box from the 5620 Form highlighted. I apllied on NOC - 0631 .

Exactly that is what am trying to gauge as well - as to how they assess and what they have to state when returning applications.

Hi IRAM: if your job duties match the requirements of NOC 0631 then you can apply under restaurant manager and it doesn't matter whether or not you have formal education in that field. Under FSW category, the visa officers count the years, number of degrees and levels of qualifications (Bachelor/Masters/PhD, etc), not whether they are in the same field as your work. I expect you are relieved to see that 0631 still has a low number of applicants. Good Luck!
