Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Nobody knows for sure. But I don't think they can tally up the 1000 until the eligibility reviews are complete, so CIC will continue to cash drafts and once the 1000 total is reached for a NOC (i.e. eligibility review complete + AOR sent) my guess is they will return all the remaining applications and issue a refund.

So regrettably I don't think you're necessarily safe if they cash your draft, but fingers crossed for you!

well wayne i was reading the Guide.. there are different phases
Phase 1: Completeness check
all required fields in your application forms are complete,
 all required documents are submitted from both the CIO document checklist (IMM 5612), and visa-office-specific document checklist,
 the correct processing fee payment has been

If your application is:
 incomplete or;
 the occupation you are applying under has reached the allowable limit under category 1,
your entire package (including your payment) will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it is

PHASE 2 : Eligibilty Review
An officer will make a final determination of eligibility of your application to determine whether:
 your application qualifies for processing under one of the two categories described in the Ministerial Instructions
If your application qualifies for processing , you will be sent a letter that:
 notifies you of this fact and provides you with your reference number,
If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:
 provides the reason why your application is not eligible for processing
 confirms that a refund for the proc

SO WHAT I THINK THAT IF THE LIMIT IS OVER 1000s THEY WILL RETURN IT IN THE FIRST PHASE.. WHAT DO YOU SAY OR OTHERS .. PLEASE

Hello guys i called my bank now and i find out that my CC was charged on 13 october and they got the amount so i think it is moving this week little bit

so i hope to hear more good news ( although i'm not really satisfied but it is a small relief that there is somthing happening on my application )

Cooooongratulation ,Really its goooooooood news to catch the first step to achieve your dream.
Unfourtunatly for me I can not check my encashment due to use allot of clients of my consultant by use one CC.

On the other hand ,For AOR s,I think we will receive our AORs from the side our visa offices(Londan...Manila...Newdelhi,..Cairo...etc) after transfering by CIO to certin visa office of each applicantion package.So I think our AORs will take much time than expected specially for Lazy visa offices like Cairo office.
