Hi all members, I fount this topic is more active, and recently joined it. Fortunately the WVO answered me after 17 days and sent my PPR to my personal e-mail address 23.8.2012, I'm happy as during the past 17 days I was too much hesitated. I'm currently searching for the most trusted shipment company as our DHL agent said we can only send ur passports for u and we cannot receive prepayment and no guarranty for return of ur pps. Any one have experience? plz answer.

BY GOD Grace Received my Pass Ports today. VISA date is 16th August 2012 and Dispatched date is 17th August 2012. VISA valid until 18th July 2013 Thank you so much to every one to helped me and supported me.

Dear Fellow members,

I wanted to know how many of u guys applied for Immigration thru a Lawyer, who did not and how long it took to process their Immigration who applied thru Lawyer. I didn't apply via Lawyer my wife took all the responsibility and its been 16 month started now since my status is "RBVO" so frustrated now u can't imagine. Tried to hire a lawyer but they say we dont take existing cases. Dont know what to do? Even I emailed the London VO but its been a month and half and they didnt reply my query.

My time lines are:
Sent application to Sydney NS 29 March, 2011.
Rcvd by Sydney NS 05 April, 2011.
PER exact after one month 06 May, 2011.
File transfer and Rcvd by London VO 27 May, 2011.

Since 15 months there is no movement in my case and status is same.

Yes we went through a Canadian Attorney and it took 8 months to get our Passport Requests.

I went in process on 18th June 2012 and London visa office sent me request for updated documents on 06-Aug-2012. They have asked me to provide the following updated documents

• IMM0008
• Schedule A
• IMM5406
• Updated travel history form
• Updated PCC
• Updated Proof of funds
• Updated Proof of relationship in Canada

I have 2 questions to ask you all

1) Has anyone received so many updated documents request before? If yes then was MR issued later?

2) They have asked me to provide my relative's (who is in Canada) payslips, tax assessment, bank statement and credit card statements. I have asked my relative to provide the above mentioned and he told me that he will send the required documents directly to London visa office and told me to send the remaining documents directly to London VO myself. I wanted to ask if it is possible to send the required documents like this? I mean in 2 parts one sent by me and the other by my relative? If yes then how it should be sent?

Kindly reply as I am short of time.
