what is clarification?

I am staying out side India and i had given some exam in India. So Month mentioned in the mark sheet and Date of entry in India is not matching. So they need explanation & clarification for that.

I am trying to obtain exam time table of that time to clear this issue.

I don't think that should be a problem, unless there are security related issues discovered during background verification for ur husband. Canada is very tolarent in this regard and they fairly judge applicants irrespective of racial backgrounds.

my husband is iranian, im the main appicant and he is spouse, will it affect the processing timing?

Its depend on the requirement. If NDVO requested than submit otherwise no need.

In my case they requested and I have submitted both old & New. And based on that only they have sent me clarification.

Can someone put some light on what are background and criminality checks. What all checks are done? How long does it take for these checks to conclude?

VO received meds on 25th Nov but it seems that Background and Criminality checks are still pending/going on.

Well for me the criminality check is going on since 24th Feb and the report is still pending...so anybody's guess on the time frame is anybody's guess...

1. Pls cancel the DD which has been sent to CIC.
2. Make new one and send to LVO.
3. Send a letter with details to CIC along with the cancellation details of the old DD.

1-what proof of completion of medicals is required to be submitted (I mean is it the bills of hospital or the photo copes of medical report)?
2- what should be the gap between completion of medicals and the submission of the passports.?

I saw in your time frame that you youve sent your PCC/MR/PPR in one time, a lad in forum told me that London VO has different method, first asks for PCC then RPRF then MR then PPR with 40 to 60 days intervals between each submition, do you have any idea about this?
