I have noticed.......Too many UPDATIONS are being done on E-Cas .....it is frequently inaccessible.....anybody else noticed this today

That's true... I had troubles logging in... Could log in after many attempts... No change though...

No change for me as well....but looks like their server is pretty busy with the frequent updates on E-Cas.
