Hi all, medicals done yesterday all seems to have gone well. My husband had to have a extra blood test done due to him being on medication for high blood pressure,that will just confirm there is no damage to his kidneys,to call bk tue or wed to check xrays etc all ok. So hopefully that will be us a step closer to visa. Will have to email visa office as we might run a couple of days over our time stated(60) days. Congratulations to all who have received good news and goodluck to all who is waiting ;D

My job is going well here in Canada, and my wife arrived yesterday. She doesn't have a permanent job yet but has secured some temporary shop work hopefully for December and January when the science job market will pick up a bit.

Please take care in making the DD in INR, I came to know that one my frn issued the DD in INR based on the new fees structure. However, due to the currency fluctuation (CAD & INR rates) NDVO has asked him to pay the difference.

So please take care before making any DD in INR.

How long does it take for ECAS to show DM after RPRF DD encashment??

Hi,

As per the NDVO website for one person 22540 INR, they asked approx.1100 INR (Dont know the perfect amount) as difference due to currency fluctuation.

I prefer to send the DD in CAD to avoid any delay.
