Don't forget to attach the medical exam fees payment receipts and the original letters from CHC requesting PPR and PCC+RPRF+MR proof.

Thanks Jason ;D ,My doubt is .... I have the receipt of all Rs 3100 and i have gone for eye testing since i am using spectacles often . Do i need to include the eye testing fee receipt and the prescription from the doctor mentioning the eye power ? :( .

Fingers crossed for all Buffalo Fellas :)

I would be celebrating "Application Received By CIO" anniversary in another 40 days.

Still RBVO. How cool is that?

I assume the eye test that you are talking about was done by a different doctor and not the DMP. In that case you need not send those receipts.

As a part of the Canadian immigration medical examination, the applicant is supposed to carry spectacles to the DMP at the time of medical examination and I assume the DMP must have done your routine eye check. That should be enough. You just need to send the receipts that you got from the DMP.

Thanx Amar :) :) :)

One more question, my frnd cudnt get his PCC frm the country where he stayed for more than 6 months due to uncleared debts.Would NDVO

ask 4 fingerprint scan? or is it a reason to worry? Any cases of rejection due to non submission of PCC? He had given a written explanation to

VO in advance.

Heartiest congrats to Entemaria for the PPR. Congrats to everybody else who is in the process. May we all get our visas soon.

I had a question. I recently got my marriage certificate. Do i need to send them to Buffalo to add them to my FSW application? Also as my wife is Canadian would i get more points (don't think i need them as i have already been assessed so dont know how that would help). Plus any additional forms i need to fill and send them?

Thanks.

Anybody got AOR today??

I think they are planning to implement new immigration rules. They removed the "cap reached" red colored text from the list of 1122 and 3152 category. Some news available in the "RCI viva" link in the CIC home page and check the news with a title "ottawa ready with new immigration rule".

I dont knw whether it is true or not....!!!

I have tried to paste the link here; but not allowing.

According to the Toronto Star Canada is likely to change the point system next spring (not really new news)

normally PCC are related to criminal background check and should not have anything related to financial aspect unless it has something to do with nationalised banks. I would assume that your friend was in New Zealand or Australia.

Non submission of PCC is a unique problem. I don't have any idea how the VO will take it. they will not ask for fingerprint scan as they only go for it to check in their internal system.

It is mandatory to submit the PCC so I am not sure about what will happen in this case.
