Hi Queencougar. Can you please let us know the source of your information? I can't remember seeing or reading anything official which says that FSW2 will get priority over FSW1 at the visa office?

Tbh I would understand if this were the case, since FSW2 have temporary work permits expiring or with AOE employers waiting for them to start. But just because it makes sense wishful thinking alone won't necessarily make it so

Congrats to all who received their PERs, I'm still waiting for my PER, since mine was received October 8 and still not heard from them I'm getting anxious already but still hoping for the best. May I just ask anybody for e-mail address and phone number of CIC just in case I need to contact them, I know some of you called them before receiving PER, hoping you can share which phone number you used. Thanks and goodluck to us all!

Based on what we've experieced on this forum, I think we can safely say that PERs are being received on an average of about 4 months after CIO receives the application.
