Friends,
E-Case Status is changed from "In Process" to "Application Received". Does this mean, VO has received the application from CIO?
Some more quick questions guys,
1) In regards to PCC, it is said that it has to be no more than 3 months old. Does it stand true for a country PCC in which I have not visited in last 5+ years! I need FBI clearance from USA, it takes around 3 months to get it.Does not make sense to get it once again [i have one dated Nov 2010] even though i did not travel to that country anytime recently. Also we do not know when we will get the requests from VO for PCC, how can we calculate 3 months time frame? Also the applicants who have already turned in their PCC with application to CIO - after almost 4-6 months to receive PER and any sort of communication from VO, are their PCC still valid or VOs will ask for them again?? Even i am not not sure when to ask for a PCC for my home country as it takes a month to get one here as well.
2) Its taking around 4 months to receive PER now. People who are writing to their respective VOs are getting reply - can we term it as 2nd AOR/PER or just a reply to a query? What is an official 2nd AOR/PER? When it comes - with the request of PCC and medical?
3) Some applicants are getting reply from VOs to send another set of application [a pre June 26th practice]. However, do Post June 26th Applicants also need to create a set of application for the same purpose? I am not sure as i need to collect University transcripts from USA once again and its from 3 different universities. Also getting another work reference letter from my US employer would be hectic as i am not there anymore.
Any idea guys?
