Dear Ladykiller
on gender, is very cheap. Please keep your filthy ideas in your dirty mind ....... what I mean to say is don't post it on this public forum.

We are here to help each other with positive talks. And if you can't help then please don't kill the spirit and energy of this thread by posting what you did in your dreams.....

Cheers, Anil

WELL SAID ANIL

Dear Jeniya, Rupal and Ashok

You have been painted with green toooooo ... ;D....Once again Congrats!!!

Completely agree with you Anil. Ladykiller needs to show some respect to the members who take out time from their busy schedule to update the tracker. Further he also needs to learn to respect the ladies. I guess he is getting carried away by his thoughts in his idle mind. Hold ur thoughts Mr ladykiller and stop being cheapthrilled.

Keep up the good work guys and ignore those who can't respect others.

As far as others are concerned i guess anxiety and impatience is getting the better of all of us, chill guys

Regards

Dear Ladykiller

What a way to motivate the entire forum members ........ Do you think we are sitting here only for this work. Not even a day has gone by .... and you are giving such statements with in few hours. My dear friend , writing LOL at the end won't suffice....

On the other hand making such horrible comments, whether it is in your signature or in your posts are totally uncalled for. I did enjoy few of your posts ..... BUT one can tolerate till certain level, there has to be a limit. Moreover sending livid messages /PMs to other members, comments based on gender, is very cheap. Please keep your filthy ideas in your dirty mind ....... what I mean to say is don't post it on this public forum.

We are here to help each other with positive talks. And if you can't help then please don't kill the spirit and energy of this thread by posting what you did in your dreams.....

Hi nitroxn:

I assure you the wait is hard on everyone. We are all waiting to make a life changing move to another country, and have no idea when or if it would happen. In all honesty when I read other forums on this site and check time-lines of those who have been successful, one and a half years is the norm... Now our group, the post June 26 applicants, are HOPING it would be sooner...

I take out my frustrations by exercising and not thinking about it all the time... find other ways to get ride of your anxiety. If it happens, it happens and if not, it should not be the end of the world for us. So while we wait, we should probably work on other plans to make our lives a success... just in case this plan falls apart or does not happen soon enough.

Take it easy on yourself,
Cam

Thanks everyone for the kind words of advice. Hope time flies by.

Congratulations to all those who received their PERs.

Jeniya sent you a PM.

Olga

Gratz to all PER receivers! A huge step closer to main goal!

Friends,

E-Case Status is changed from "In Process" to "Application Received". Does this mean, VO has received the application from CIO?

Some more quick questions guys,

1) In regards to PCC, it is said that it has to be no more than 3 months old. Does it stand true for a country PCC in which I have not visited in last 5+ years! I need FBI clearance from USA, it takes around 3 months to get it.Does not make sense to get it once again [i have one dated Nov 2010] even though i did not travel to that country anytime recently. Also we do not know when we will get the requests from VO for PCC, how can we calculate 3 months time frame? Also the applicants who have already turned in their PCC with application to CIO - after almost 4-6 months to receive PER and any sort of communication from VO, are their PCC still valid or VOs will ask for them again?? Even i am not not sure when to ask for a PCC for my home country as it takes a month to get one here as well.

2) Its taking around 4 months to receive PER now. People who are writing to their respective VOs are getting reply - can we term it as 2nd AOR/PER or just a reply to a query? What is an official 2nd AOR/PER? When it comes - with the request of PCC and medical?

3) Some applicants are getting reply from VOs to send another set of application [a pre June 26th practice]. However, do Post June 26th Applicants also need to create a set of application for the same purpose? I am not sure as i need to collect University transcripts from USA once again and its from 3 different universities. Also getting another work reference letter from my US employer would be hectic as i am not there anymore.

Any idea guys?

Ideally, your application should have been returned coz it reached after the cap was filled......But since ur DD has been encashed, it means that your application is in process....u r very lucky I guess.........If you look at the 'Returned Applications' tab in the spreadhseet, u'll know that four application that were received on Oct 28th under NOC 1122 were returned before encashment......

grimreaper, explorer976, harsha and RaquelGenio are the unfortunate ones.......

Very interesting query ... hey seniors, your views please? thanks!

Dear basmalahh,

We almost share the same time-lines, even I had sent email to CIO for asking the status in the first week of December where I got reply in couple of days with the Paper file no. starting with "B********". However, I'm not able to see my e-cas status with the same number.

I'm trying to be positive & hoping for some communication by Monday.

Cheers!Raj.

I am reposting friends, because my comment seems to have been overlooked, & congratulations to all PER receivals. Happy for you guys.

Hi friends,
My online status is "in process" please update. Do you think this status is given after completeness check? or rather after eligibility review? Could it imply that I got a positive eligibilty?

A note for people who would like to check their status online (this is how it happened with me):
I had previousely enquired about my application, the reply email contained 2idenfification no.s
The first was file no. B#########, & the second was application no. XE#########
i tried alot using the given file no. While choosing immigration file no. From the dropdown list but always received " cannot identify you using the information provided"
Finally I tried the application no. ( but without the X) i.e. E#########, with the immigration file no. choice & that is what got me through.
Hope that helps whoever is facing a similar dilemma

Waiting for your suggestions regarding the in process msg ( as I haven't yet received my PER

Best wishes,
Basmalahh

N.B. Now my online status says " application received"
