Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

I have a question in my mind, when an applicant is asked to send an IELTS result, it means that his / her eligibility review is done and the only flaw is an academic test result, right? because otherwise CIO wouldn't bother asking for it, not knowing if the application would pass through the review or not. So does that mean ER has reached to that date? like the end of Oct? If yes, so why are they one month behind in announcing PERs?

One would expect that this is the case. otherwise it would be a complete waste of time for both the CIO and the applicants.

That's an interesting point, Indira. It's more than a month ahead of time...........

Well, it may b possible that, for the time being, CIC is quickly checking IELTS thing only........since few such cases have popped up......so that they can shelve some applications -- hence less processing burden........ but it's also unlikely (though possible) that all those in between Sept. end and Oct. 27th have submitted IELTS GEN and hence not heard anything yet.....

Did anyone between these dates submitted IELTS ACAD?? That wud giv some idea.....

Also, a suggestion to everyone:
If you are quoting anyother poster in your message, please trim down the long messages so that we don't have to navigate through more number of pages everyday.........
I was also thinking of suggesting PMing congrats posts........but then thought, let the positive energy/words of encouragement flow.........

Who knows? They may have started the next lot, last time Pippin called them they said they were working on applications up to Oct 13th. Now they may have taken up the next lot up to 22nd Oct??

Yes, i agree with your other point too. If the forumers between Sept 17th and Oct 22nd confirm if any of them have sent Academic IELTS and have not yet received a response, we will be able to see a clear picture.

Dear All, CIO has updated the figures as following;

Total complete applications received since June 26, 2010
On June 26, 2010, the eligibility criteria for Federal Skilled Worker applicants changed.

Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).

Finally by the grace of God today we received our PER.

The wait has been really long but all well that ends well.

I wish luck to those who are waiting for their PER and God's grace for those who received NER.

First of all i would like to say congratulation to all the member who got the PER. Second i would like to say to be passion to all teh member who are waiting for PER.
I will also like to say thanks to seniour or who ever contubate here of their knowledge and help other. This is the best platform i found to get knowledge and idea for the immigration to canada.

I would also suggest the new comers tht do not go to consultant at all, here is the solution for ur problem.

I had also noticed one more thing that there are some nuisance who give the negative marking to the member, But only keep in mind that who ever is the membr have more negative score, he is perfect in knowledge and information. So i requiest you all that dont worry if u get information or replay from some one who have negative socer, thats is the one perfect.

Please dont mind today i am little bit drunk so minght be there is some mistake in spell or in grammer but please try to understand my feeling and what i mean to say.

I really hartly sorry to hear about some people who got NER or case rejected, but also hearly pray god that they tri to apply again in next year and they will get some possitive replay. But also be sure b4 apply to complete theri forms and keep ready all teh documents. If they are confused ask here i am sure they will get soem help.
