One query if you don't mind answering. Did you attached any covering letter with your application explaining why aren't you able to provide roles and responsibilities in the writing from your current and/or past employers, the way CIC wants.

In my view you may appeal with the following:

• Covering letter mentioned above.
• Most companies publish roles and responsibilities on their internal website. You may use this, atleast for your current employer.
• Try if your past/present managers are able to confirm your roles/responsibilities over call in case CIC/VO contacts them, by this way CIC can verify your details, as part of background check.

Don't give up, just reply with proper reasoning and make a good case.

Myexpereince was not supported and convincing forthe VO from the offer letter and relieving letter.they wanted to have a reference letter specifying clearly the roles and responsibilities,which I tried to get but no one provided from the company.

Unfortunately,no one fromHR supports in providing roles and responsibilities in here.

Any suggestions from the sucessfulNOC1122 guys?

I have dispatched my file for FSW with AEO on 21th December 2010 from, India via DHL and which was recieved by CIC office on 29th December. I have email them for the status of my application and they haave send me reply after five days tht:

I just ask questions and still get negatives,no doubt another 5 or so today . I for one def dont think you should stop posting and im sure there are many more that will agree with me. Didn't mean to sound that negative. This isn't an ego trip I don't crave + or anything like that, I am just struggling to understand why what I am posting is prompting people to give negativity. After you see so many negs in a short space of time you wonder what you are doing wrong.

Perhaps it's just old age paranoia setting in

Perhaps people who go round negging people are just bitter ex-applicants who didn't get their visa. Or lawyers/consultants who are annoyed that we are giving free advice and taking business away from them.

hey guyz.. i saw this in another post...look at the time frame of this application....just less than a year though this is a pre june apllicant....

seems like CIO is trying to clear the pre june applicants first... thought might help those wandarin how long the actual processing time will be...

It is a sad thing when someones dreams have been shattered by not receiving their visas.
I don't think they are the right to pass sly comments on. If this is such a caring forum then lets start showing it and not carry on with arrogance because we are still in the running.
I hope I'm wrong if I say too many people on this forum just seem to be self serving. Worrying about +ves and -ves. Isthere a price for that? I don't care about it and I don't give any because it is all irrelevant to me. What matters is that the people here get their visas.

People wouldnt get there visas unless applications are filled in properly,so by the help of people on this forum it makes it easier. I know that one having had a application returned before like many others. I wouldnt like to have put all the time and dedication into the forum to receive negs. It must be very annoying ,knowing you are helping so many others on here. Lets not bother about the neg points etc. All the members on here are all awaiting the same thing so lets all stay positive . No more sad faces or negs . Give them all to me,i dont mind
