hi...I am also in the same situation....I have been to the bank few times, tried calling them, emailed them, but they keep telling me that they can not give any information about my BD, its reaaly pissing me off..its our money and we have the right to know about its whereabouts....these bank people so damn lazy to do their job...

now i'll just have to wait and see.......can't do more than that..

I had this experience , Evey time I ask , Inquire or contact my bank they repeat we cann't tell
But I have the BD invoice which contains the BD no and the bank in Canada, I googled the net for the branch and Email contact, I send Email with my full details and BD no. ,Bank branch name and location which was issued from.
The Bank in canada replied that Email is not trusted secured communication and cann't give such details in Emails. but you can ask them to update with your bank and you will inquire again at your bank and It worked.
Also don't inquire with the Hall counter tellers, Ask for the teller's counter Manager

This is a very good idea... I think we should inform Them that CIO and VO are not in sync.

Right, that's what i meant. The CIO should know the case so as to do one of the following:
1) Send a sync list of instructions (& maybe new email templates ) to all VOs.
OR
2) Reply us with an explanation which can enlighten us with new critical steps which we should follow.

All what i want to say that we can't remain silent & take the risk specially for the guys who received the early PERs.

Can anybody tell me the CIO email address who sent you the PER? I am thinking of adding it to my email contacts to prevent their email from going to my Spam mails. Dunno if this is a good idea though - really need your input.

FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca

Take the spaces before and after @ out.

On a Saturday? Hmm I think it more likely that the email just hit a delay somewhere in the system.
But anyway, congrats!

Please let us know your visa office, payment method, charge date etc and whether you included your PCC so we can add you to the spreadsheet!
