Congratulations guys!!!! I am so excited and nervous! I want my PER! Oh, please, come come come ....
The most of what I am afraid is to be behind other when 20 Sept start to receive PER. Then you have to think there might be something wrong with your file ... Oh, these days are so important for me!

I sent my application in October and my mode of payment was credit card and fees charged to my credit card on 03 Nov 2010 but I haven't heard anything so far. what is the timeline after payment is done to CIC?

Actually I send my application on 1st october. CIO may have received it probably by 6th or 7th october. ;D

Although I am struggling to understand what the hell is going on at CIO. Some 7th September applicants haven't received PER yet, and now October applicants are receiving them? Did CIO tumble them all up in a washing machine or something?

I guess they are really getting into RANDOM mode now . I'm also a bit worried about where the PER received packages are floating now? More than 50 days and no sign of them received @ the VOs ??? ??? ????

Here is the bottom-line
Applicants of Sep 20 and Oct 1 have got their PER
i guess applicants between sep 20 and oct 1 can accept their PER now

Dear carl

If one gets NER, they will still get their money back. However, it won't be refunded with the returned application. One may receive a BD from CIO after 3 months!!

Thats good to know, atleast we will have our money back if we receive a NER. I hope I dont get one.

Congratulations to the october guy who received his PER....ouch that is really painful for us, it just deepen the nail stuck into my heart :-[

there is nothing wrong. September applicants were getting their PER and today surprisingly applicant of 1st Oct got his PER.
you can accpt yours this month
