Hi, congratulations :)

Although I am struggling to understand what the hell is going on at CIO. Some 7th September applicants haven't received PER yet, and now October applicants are receiving them? Did CIO tumble them all up in a washing machine or something?

I guess they are really getting into RANDOM mode now :) :). I'm also a bit worried about where the PER received packages are floating now? More than 50 days and no sign of them received @ the VOs ??? ??? ????

i guess applicants between sep 20 and oct 1 can accept their PER now :)

Thats good to know, atleast we will have our money back if we receive a NER. I hope I dont get one.

Congratulations to the october guy who received his PER....ouch that is really painful for us, it just deepen the nail stuck into my heart :-[

there is nothing wrong. September applicants were getting their PER and today surprisingly applicant of 1st Oct got his PER.
you can accpt yours this month
