hello everyone i recived my PER just now.
the date if BD encashed in PER is 23rd sept while my bank said it to be 30th sept.

BD is encasehed at completeness stage. If you received a negative eligibility, I dont think you will get a refund.

If one gets NER, they will still get their money back. However, it won't be refunded with the returned application. One may receive a BD from CIO after 3 months!!

hi, what happened to the sept 2010 applicant? i haven't heard any update for those applications received sept. 2010. hope sept applicants are on move too.

i have found the 16 sept guys has received PER, NOW i am 17 sept. applicant, now it's my turn to get it within this week, .............

Wierd are the ways of CIC but dont worry they are working overtime and your PER should be delivered in a day or two.. and hopefully all the Sep applicants should get the PER's by this week....so cheerup

Seems CIO has decided to send 1/2 PERs per day, rather than sending 7/8 every Monday / Tuesday .............

How long would it take to view our info in the ECAS ?,it is more than a month since I got my PER but still I could'nt get any update in the ECAS. I was checking in the following website https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=, is there any other link to check it ?

Also any idea about the time frame for medical request for applicants from New Delhi visa offfice?

Nobody on here has been able to get into ECAS so far, even some pre-June 26thers can't even get in to it. As for medical requests, we have no idea...
