Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

i had a change in job...i sent the concerned documents to the buffalo VO and they recahed yesterday. i also attached the copy of PER and all the other info for them to attach it to my file once it reached them..
FYI- i received the per on 16 dec.. so i was hoping the files would have already reached them.

Hi,

On my PER it was written that "Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child)". After sending my application my wife has given birth of a baby girl.

Now how can i communicate with the visa office regarding this change? Should i call them or send a letter by a courier or send an e-mail.
Does any one has any idea that what papers i need to submit now?
When to send the application fees for my child?
Do you think it will impact negatively on my application or will delay my process?

Did any body received any instructions about sending police clearance certificates to visa office in their PER's.

I just have a question. Under Post 26 June rules, once CIO issues positive final eligibility review....what will happen that? CIO will transfer the file to VO then what will be the role of VO? Will they do some eleigibility review as well or will they do only security checks, document checks and medicals etc? Like Pre-26 June, Final Elegibility review is under VO responsibility, whats VO rule now in new case?



One of my friend got positive review. But he didnt send any document in original. He sent copies of all...like PCC, Transcripts, Marriage Certificate, Birth certificate, Bank statement...everything copy not original....what will be next step for him?

Please share ur views.

As far as I know applications received upto 12th Sep were returned for lack of birth certificate. I read this somewhere in the forum itself. VO then stated that school leaving certificate can be used for the same. I am a Sep 23rd applicant too and didnt have my birth certificate at the time of application. After knowing that my BD was encashed, I was very much relieved as that meant my file was considered complete. Lets hope for the best.

Thanks to everyone here for all the warm wishes now that I have received my PER; but an even greater 'THANK YOU' for helping me stay sane through the waiting process. I'm sure if it weren't for this forum and all it's amazing members I'd be a raving lunatic with gigantic stomach ulcers for all the anxiety inducing lack of communication we've had to go through!!!

All the best to everyone waiting for their PERs and all the best to everyone waiting to hear from the VOs as well. It is such a relief to be sitting on the other side of the fence now. ;D
