Hey everyone, just wanted to say Congratulations to all the lucky PER receivers. And made711 you literally made our day. Hopefully CIO will remember more of the lost cases left behind. Tomorrow is my B-day, so a PER would make a great gift for me. We'll see.

So, could I keep Buffalo as my visa office then even if I return to Germany? Or in my case does it become necessary to change visa office? Thanks for your help.
