Congrats to those who got AOR.

let me expalin one thing in CIC documents are being distributed in different officers, it depends how ur officer and on what pace he.she is working.

See in case of wakawaka she got her AOR faster then others it means her officer is moving files faster then other officers.

now my case if I deduct 110 days which i used after AOr my work is done in only 5 months. my friends got it in 12 months..... this is only to show difference of working officers.

hope it is clear to every one and dont be nervouse if u get ur AOR delayed it will come for sure.

Hi mate, please advice me as you know my application came back yesterday I am reapplying with bank Draft tommorrow...do I have to sign all documents like schedule 1 - 3 etc with recent date ? or return the entire pack with only new payment. Please advice I will be posting the application tomorrow......Cheers Manny

I guess you can update the forms and send as your NOC is nowhere near 1000 . So, Just take a fresh print of the forms and sign them and send the bank draft . This time they will have no excuses to delay or send back . If you have the PCCs handy, please send them this time, as we believe it will shorten the time for VO to ask for it, and then you procuring them and sending them Don't worry if they are not ready yet, send the application first and we can send the PCCs later.

1 thing, please go through the job duties in your reference letters and descriptions, and make sure they are perfect! You've got a second chance just in case you need to do some changes

Can you please guide me on the following

I missed on the following with Application form..

• sending University transcripts ( I sent Notarized copies)
  Sending DoB certificates ( I sent 10th class cetificates of mine DoB-June 1980 & my wife DoB- 1987)
• detailed cover letters for my education, employment

I even sent a email to CIC last week on the given address but no reply till date.

I recently got mine & my wife's University transcripts( after 3 months of application). Should I send them now as courier to CIC.
My CC is charged. but i dont want to take any chances..

Hi Destined,

1. Sending notarized copies in cases of acceptable reasons are sufficient enough for the ND VO, although they might ask for the univ sealed transcripts later should a need for clarity arise. We've seen people getting through with just notarized photocopies of transcripts too.

2. Sending the school certificates in lieu of BCs are very much accepted specially since September/October i guess. You should have passed this one as your application has passed the completeness check

3. No cover letters are required to explain the education and employment. Just the transcripts and reference letters would do. Again, You should have passed this one as your application has passed the completeness check

All you have to do is WAIT(as we all are destined to ??? ???) until the PER from the CIO and the AOR from the VO. If the VO ask for the university sealed transcripts, you may send them very well as they are handy .

I can say RELAX 8) 8) 8), but i know you can't until you get that EMAIL
