katyspring.. drop a snail mail in the meantime to the CIO explaining the situaition and asking to confirm if they received ur packet.. do mention all the details which might help them trace it like ur noc, vo, BD number.. etc... no harm in trying... may be something might work out

Hi katy,

Send a mail to CIO mentioning your details. If you get answer showing "No record found in our office", Dont be panic.

I send a mail to CIO on 2 dec and got reply on 7 dec 10 that no record was found in their office. I send second mail to CIO to know about my status of application, This time they reply with a file number & told that my application is currently under review. I get this reply on 9 dec 10.. I finally get PER on 14 dec 10.

So dont loose your hope, Good news will certainly come to you.

I can't even find the last post of Saby2 (application received on the 24th), or any of his/her posts, are you out there Saby2?

I can't find saby2 in the forum members, i only find saby 2 with a space between saby & 2 who was last active on October 23, 2010. I don't know if they are the same person ??

I inquired about my application & that was the answer i received after 4 days:
I specifically asked about whether i passed the completeness check? Or eligibility review. I also noted that i haven't yet received any acknowledgement of receiving my application.

I know that it is still not my turn, but it's hard to wait so thought i might get lucky & find out something earlier. Unfortunately, They didn't confirm anything.

Hi,

Just doing a bit of spreadsheet tidying. I removed the following 2 users since they have not posted for almost 3 months and their due date for receiving PER has passed a week or two ago:
Beshocor, hasn't posted since 17 Sep
Gulshan.akbar, hasn't posted since 20 Sep

Also we haven't heard from either of these users for a week or two, wondering if they can let us know the status of their application, have they heard by now?
Dr. Ex app received 11 August 2010, last posted on forum 01 Dec
Zint app received 16 August 2010, last posted on forum 07 Dec

I have added your details to the spreadsheet, but so we can add the rest of your details can you please confirm:
1) Which visa office you applied under (London, New Delhi etc)
2) Which payment method you used (credit card or banker's draft)
3) When your payment was charged/cashed if you know
4) Did you include your PCC with your application?

i just received a letter saying

" Your application was received after the maximum of 1000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC 1122 was reached."

this was the letter i was dreading to receive. all hopes are shattered.
