well, my e-cas is still not working........not working since Monday...lets hope for the best

what does it say on yours? does it say they can't identify your application? that what mine says :(

yes it says the same "can't identify your application......."

many more applicants bearing NOC 1122 who sent their applications in Aug/Sept/Oct 2010 are facing the same....so nothing to worry. just hope for the best.

Dear Forum members,

I had the same problem and just checked it a minute earlier. It is working now, I think it was due to some technical problem because my status is still same i.e received by Visa Office.

My e-cas is also working but this time my "address" is missing.......Before going non-responding, my address details were there....This means VO is working. Allah may bless.

Hope for the best!

What a great article azmatgaad, a victory for us applicants! If Canada has made a blunder in their past immigration programs it is not the fault of applicants. If applicants were qualified at the time they submitted their application, they should be processed according to the date their application was submitted and not cherry picked, to guess who is best for Canada.

New rules should be set by the Minister to change the laws in order to find the best candidates for Canada and limit immigration if deemed necessary, from now on. But ALL those who applied before and were qualified deserve their application to be processed immediately. That is what a fair and just nation like Canada should do, without applicants having to resort to lawsuits.

Excellent!! We are close in terms of dates. I wish, we get the MR's ASAP.

Thanks,
satya.

Today I checked my eCas and the address section has two columns ('Your current home address' as a Canadian address and 'Your current mailing address')

Also, the status has changed to 'Decision Made'. The detail says "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
I hope this is good news.

Admins: Can you please update? (Medical Request, Completed, and Passport request dates are in my timeline on the left)

Dear friends,

Few days back, my e-cas went non-responsive but since yesterday its working. But in my e-cas, my address is missing now....which is supposed to be a positive sign generally that VO is working on the file. I m "In Process" since August 2011 and waiting my Medicals now.

Any other fellow on the forum is experiencing the same "address disappearance" nowadays?

Regards.

Hi ZadMalik,

We have similar timelines as well as VO. We applied almost in the same time & went in process in the same month.
Though my address hasn't disappeared from ecas, I believe that your address's disappearance is a good sign because many October applicants have been receiving their medicals lately.

Stay alert to any possible mails & share with us any developments :)

Which country are you in?
