If you lived in USA u also need to get the Police Clearance from the State Police..

I would suggest to open a separate column in the spreadsheet to keep track whether someone called CIC and was told that it would take 33 weeks to receive the AOR but he got AOR early.

I have a feeling that they impose a delay if any applicant inquires about application which is unnecessary in their opinion..
