I understand that now a days NDVO is not asking PP to the Overseas Applicant to submit the PP along with MR & RPRF. It is difficult for the Applicant to send the PP to NDVO while staying another country.

May be for this reason they might have stopped asking PP at this stage until they reach to final decision.

Anybody's status changed from RBVO to inprogress in buffalo office???
No movement,looks they will wait till the new requirements are been applied....
its almost 18 months and still in RBVO... i hope on April 27 the processing times will be updated..
no surprise if we see "post 26 june2010 applications time is unavailable"

This is a good news from Buffalo.. i think you would have send your applications to Novascotia and they would forwared your applications to Buffalo..

However, no news :-\ I am getting worried that USPS lost the mail? It has been a month... What are your thoughts?

Congrats and I'd say there is no harm in sending a case specific inquiry and asked if correspondance has been sent that you.

MY STATUS HAS BEEN CHANGED TODAY FROM DECISION MADE TO COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR PR CARD , SIN CARD & HEALTH CARD.

I HAVE RECEIVED CREDIT CARD OF TD BANK ON YESTERDAY.

I think you are first one whose status has changed to COMPLETE...
