By God's grace I just got a mail from CIC confirming my final eligibility, the content is same as per earlier AOR confirmation told in this forum and the file number is same as told by the CIC call center agent yesterday.

Is it true that Shadab's application is on the way back ????? I'm not sure, as he has not posted anything like this in the forum yet. He may have sent you a PM? But the details are updated only in the ND tracker. I remember the sort of hard work he put with his application and his is an AEO. Surprised that it is incomplete :-[.

I'm confident they will do the background checks and only after that we will receive the medicals. While there exists an option as to send the medicals and RPRF requests first and do the BC meanwhile. In any case, the VO will do the BC

Hi All,

Needed some advice:

My application was received by (Glen) CIO on 14th October 2010. I have no idea if my BD has been encashed and the Bank is saying we can not find out because...blah blah blah.....anyways...

My question was, is it ok to send CIO an email to ask about my applications status? I just hope it doesn't give a negative impression? or is it too early for me to check with them?

That's true .... his file is on way back to India..... :'( :'( .... Don't know why?? He mailed CIO to get the status ..... they confirmed the return ..... I am also surprised...... Now he is waiting for the application. Since last few days he is busy with his work.... Hope we will will hear him soon!!!
