Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

today i got a reply from NDVO in regards to CSE i sent on 23rd feb. i submitted my passport and rprf on 7th jan and my meds reached on 12th. medical received line was added on 31st jan, and my draft was encashed on 27th jan. since then i am in process. this is their reply

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please be informed that We have recieved your medical examination results, fees sent by you & also your passport.
Also, for your information, you file is under final processing. Your passport shall be despatched as soon as it is ready.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Dear all; I fsent my application in december 14, 2011. Have not heared anything from CIC yet. I only know that based on tracking number it has been delivered inSidnay. Can any of you advise me how can contact them? Is there the way that I can find out if they accept it for processing or it has been lost? Also how long more I have to wait with hope?

Thanks for your response to my earlier query....pls. don't worry as i said earlier even i don't have any update reg. medical received updation although medical results were received by 21st feb.... VO working is quite unpredictable and their ECAS updation is much more :... I wish you get maple leaf sooner than later ...gud luck

Hi Unus, hope you and your family are doing fine.

For issuance of PCC, "Commissioner office" does not ask for original PP but Notorizied photocopies of PP.

If you have kept a Notorized photocopy of PP before sending it to VO. It should work.

In case you have a photocopy but it is not notorized,, approach a known notary lawyer who can have faith on your word, show him PP demand letter and request him to notorize the PP backdated (it is illegal though).

In case you do not have a photocopy then we have no other option but to ask PP back for PCC.

Commissioner Office did ask for our original PPs, in addition to the notarised ones... But still, I would say, Unus, that there is no harm trying it the way Param suggests... Might just work and save your time! Else of course no other option but ask for the PPs back...

Thanks for the +1 and the cheers for my research.....my laptop is completely filled with bookmarks that can help me to immigrate.....have been reading various sites for the past two years.....believe me, it is not an easy decision to either decide to migrate, to prepare documents for migration, to wait for the outcome of your application, to plan to settle out of one place and last but not the least to settle into another place......it all needs very very good research & pre-planning.

In my case, these phases were divided between me & my husband due to circumstances that we both faced and even now that we both are at the job.....it still feels like we should more

I am thoroughly confident about the country and it governance and also know this for a fact that settling in over there would be more easier than settling out here (my list for here seems never ending)......except that one little worry WAS the education of my kids as our first goal & main purpose for migration is their education.

But now, I am not worried anymore as I am extremely confident that I am on the right track on that aspect too.

CANADA is surely 100% one of the best countries in the world and am definitely looking forward to coming there as soon as possible.

Hello Seniors,

Please help with my doubts.

We completed our medicals on Feb 10,
PP & RPRF received at NDVO on Feb 17,
RPRF encashed on Mar 7,

Last March 5, almost everybody (around 20 to 25 people) who completed medicals around the same time got their CAS updated to include the line ' Meds results received'. Except mine. My CAS still shows 'In process' and last line ' We started processing...' in details.

Do you think 1) Should it be a point to worry?
2) Is there a possibility of remeds? ( We were told by the DMP all the reports are just fine , reports were dispatched on Feb 15)
3) Does it indicate, there will be a long wait to receive visas.
4) Is RPRF encashment a good sign or it's not at all related to visa issuance?

I need your valuable comments on the situation to have a peace of mind. Thanxaton for you time & assistance.

All is / will be fine.

RPRF en cashed on 7th, you could get Medical line and DM together !

Possibility..... you might get Visa before DM

There are cases like that.
