Aye. Although it seems Tuesday+Wednesday are their most active days at sending things out. So my guess is we'll see dribs and drabs on Monday/Thursday/Fridays - with the majority coming out on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.Raj04 said:Wow! Today I have to search for thread at the bottom which is deplorable...
Folks... CIO doors are going to open soon... so cheer-up... Let's pray to receive good numbers of AOR's today...
Cheers! Raj...
We don't know for sure. Some people have said they've been told by CIC at least end of September/start of October received dates. But prior to June 26th there were two eligibility reviews, an initial review at CIC and a final review at visa office once all the supporting documents came in.Rohan09 said:I have always admired this forum and i have mostly been a silent audience. Though I wanted to understand from applicants upto which dates the eligibility review has been negotiated by CIC??? .. cos I get to see different answers everyday I wake up.

I mailed cic my enquiry: wrongly i mentioned draft date as 3rd june 2010 instead of 30th june. i had mentioned that you have received my application on 8th aug 2010.i had mentioned my name, date of birth after almost 48 hour even after saturday and sunday. i got surprising reply from CIC.westwards said:yeah.. only AOR missing :'(

Good Morning.
Your submission was returned to you on 23 Aug 2010, as it was incomplete. We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to supply case specific details. Please note: all returns are sent via regular mail to the mailing address on the application.
Thank you for your interest in Canada.

i am surprised to receive this reply: i have sent original IELTS result current+ all family member police verification+ draft, date of bith certificate, expereinec certificate, all educational qualification. i.e fully complete application and they reply rubbish.
how this can be done.
My NOC 1122, which complete.
ithink they have not checked the file and sent the reply based on 3rd june draft information.
please inform what to do.

Very sad to know about your case but i think best way would be find out if you BD/DD has been encashed or not. If it is cashed, you are fine otherwise, try your local post office to track the application. Are you from India?
Hi Smiler. Very sorry to hear about your unfortunate circumstances this weekend Unfortunately we're due quite a lot of bad weather this week and next week in the UK. I live in the Midlands which hasn't been too bad yet, but we're expecting heavy snow tomorrow.smiler 11 said:Hi I've not been on in a while ,had a trip up to Scotland ,unfortunately my dad had passed away. had to drive back to England yesterday in the snow, just getting into practice for driving in Canada at winter.Good to see the AORs are starting.Goodluck to all.
Hmm getting AOR isn't quite visa confirmation, but we are further into the process than a pre-June-26th applicant would be, since our FINAL eligibility review has been completed.Rohan09 said:It makes sense to me Wayne. Also my lawyer said to me sometime back receiving the AOR (post 6/26) is almost getting a visa confirmation. Cos we see pre 6/26 almost everybody use to get their AORs/File Nos after 7-9 weeks of despaching their packets, now the story is differnt cos cic will do the eligibility review in the 1st stage though the officer will make a final call after getting the medical & PCC (if not submitted).
Though I wonder how CIC completes it verification check from Canada as there is atleast 10.30 hours of time difference between us or do they have local IIIrd party agencies to work for.
Sorry to hear about your dad.My condolence and prayers go to you and your family!smiler 11 said:Hi I've not been on in a while ,had a trip up to Scotland ,unfortunately my dad had passed away. had to drive back to England yesterday in the snow, just getting into practice for driving in Canada at winter.Good to see the AORs are starting.Goodluck to all.
Me too, i was just wondering since in the past it has taken 3 months for the returned application to reach in India. Anyway, you can send another email to CIC but i don't think they have based their reply on date of draft. If they had encashed the draft, they would know that. Did you send the birth certificate or metric certificate as proof of birth? I also hope you have provided the translations wherever required. In the beginning, CIC was very fussy about minor things and may have returned the applications because of some unknown reason. Still, try to find out from the bank about draft and also start preparing a new application with a cover letter. You may be able to get in since it was not your mistake if you did not get the returned application. I would say this the biggest mistake CIC is making and they should be taken to task for that. Why can they send an email acknowledging the received application and then emailing about the return of application and what was missing. Other forum members may have some other ideas and you can wait for them.Badshah bhai said:yes i am from india, but thier is no possibility as the application was fully complte with all papers
