Dentistry is in the list of demand occupations, but specialized dentistry is not. So if a specialist dentist sends an application, will he get points regarding his dentistry degree or the specialist dentistry degree?

if his specialized Dental degree is masters or Phd then YES he can claim points for it.
however, he need to apply as Dentist showing that he performs most of the duties of a Dentist mentioned in NOC website.

I applied for PR – Skilled Worker, in 2004 in India (New Delhi). Status – In Process – Started processing application on 25th March, 2004. Submitted documents again in July, 2008, as asked by them. Since then not heard anything from them. How long it will take.
I have two daughters doing BA LLB 1st Year and 12th. Both will finish session by June 2012. Should I apply for student visa for them? I don't want to be stuck in India for next 5 years waiting to get the PR Visa.

through any other way I can apply because I don't have choice in 29 categories...

My Wife's real brother stays in Canada, can it help in anyway?

Apart from ME ,PARAMVIR n Sonu_rp is there any NDVO Applicant whose Medicals have reached NDVO but Medical Line not yet appeared in the eCAS?

Note: Not applicable to those whose Medicals had reached VO within last 7 days.
