Sonir, you only can answer my doubt.... Mitali, still if we consider it on Monday it will be tooooooooo early to digest that NDVO is working so early.... (before 7:00 AM)... and that is also in New Delhi... which i suppose getting ltl bit cool and foggy in the morning..... Hats off to them really.....

Of every month NDVO keeps some applications pending...just to show higher officials that they are seriously working( verifying...enquiring etc)....ur pending case of Dec Month....n I am pending case of FEB month....simple
