does this mean that even though when the visa office sends MR,they might not have completed the background/security checks.. ohh my...is this true??? seniors any views?

today my visa office (cairo) send me e-mail telling me that they have received my medical result and my file still pending background checks which expected to be received in january 2012 . my question is that why background check take all this time and all applicant belong to cairo visa office get visa within two weeks after medical received by visa office. my wife is the main applicant and she did not travel abroad at all . and for me i travel only to saudi arabia and i bring police clearance certificate from there.

Wish u all happy new year. The new year really rock for my friend TRIUMPH. I am very glad to announce in behalf of him that he got DECISION MADE yesterday.

He is now a days at village and dont have internet so he is not able to come to forum presently. He checked the Ecas on mobile and found the Ecas DM yesterday.

I m also Jan 6 qpplicant but my status changed to In Process on Oct 6. Since then no further news. I think u shld send a CSQ asap to enquire about your ststus. It is ur right.
