I think LVO is the worst visa office!

I sent them e-mail yesterday highlighting their mistake and asking for advise, sent them fax today with “Urgent attention” mark - still no response. :'(

Its just impossible to communicate with them in a normal way. ??? ??? ???
So frustrating! What can I do now? How are we suppose to do our Meds without kids forms? :'(

you should send email to London VO's general enquiry email address instead of case specific enquiry

The RPRF $490 CAD or $ 490 USD must be submitted in the form of a money order, certified cheque or bank draft payable to the "Canadian Consulate General

Friends... This is applicable only to buffalo visa office, new Delhi or London, Singapore or other visa offices follow different way in handling RPRF.

Thanks Guys.. My MR letter just gave the link to the buffalo website to check for the RPRF details. I came accross the following information at theat link

If paying in US funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Consulate General of Canada (or, if applying in Washington, to the Embassy of Canada). Payment in US funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in the United States.

 If paying in Canadian funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Receiver General for Canada. Payment in Canadian funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in Canada.

thsi is different from what they have told you.. I am confused :-X

Pradeep also had this same confusion but my MR letter clearly says it is to the Canadian consulate general and my RPRF is already encashed, so without any worries send your RPRF with your PCC.

You can also send $490 in my favor for giving you this information. :-*

Did you mail your passport to them. I believe Pradeep went to buffalo office yesterday to get the visa stamped and finished his landing.

Buffalo friends!

Pradeep finished his landing process. I called him today and shared my happiness. Now he is a Permanent Resident of Canada.

Congratulations to him.
