As per the courier My medicals were received at Ottawa on 8 Sep but the medicals received line hasnt been added till now

Is there any email id/phone number where i can call to know if the Ottawa office received then..

Seniors pls suggest what to do?

It takes a while in the London VO for that line to appear. They received my medicals at the London VO in August but that line is still not in my ecas. I suggest you check the timelines of those applicants using your visa office who have already gone beyond this stage to have an idea of when you'll expect to see that line in your ecas. It takes a while in the London VO for that line to appear. They received my medicals at the London VO in August but that line is still not in my ecas. My belief is that the "Medical results have been received" line really means that they have been approved by their medical services division.

As I already stated, London can be particularly sporadic with their medical approval timescales since they also act as the medical services division for several other visa offices.

However, the good news is that once you DO get the "medical results" line, it is usually pretty quick to get "Decision Made" and PPR. Sometimes only a matter of a few days.

Now I'm beginning to get a bit nervous...
We also got track&trace, with proof of receiving files to London VO but haven't heard a word for over 2 months now...
Can we make a call to VO London or send a special enquiry or so???
Because I really would like to know IF they still can find our file...

Hi Louise,
You can make enquiries by email and fax but I am not sure of a phone call. I just called them about a minute ago and the lady that picks the call (after a very long wait) refused to deal with my enquiry or transfer my call to anyone to answer me.
However, she transferred me to a voice mail meant for emergency only.
They do respond to my emails though but I think using a fax may generate quicker response.
It took them exactly 6 weeks after receiving my wife's X-ray and baby's medical to notice that wife's X-ray was not inluded.
I forgot to mention that their email was a response to the enquiry I sent 2 weeks ago.

Sometimes, its good to make enquiries because it was as a result of my enquiry that made them confirmed to me that my baby's application was missing in August. Who knows, some delays may be as a result of a problem the applicants are not aware and the VOs just keep dumb lips over it.

when i saw myself in process it felt nice but deepdown inside we all know until unless they respond in a positve way i cant think of me as in process

in spreadsheet we cannot fill false details , whatever we get we fill that only, that gives true picture of NDVO
