freinds , NDVO has asked for my marriage pics ..can i also send CD of my marriage ?? any suggestions ??
they want proof of my marriage, so i will be sending marriage ceremony pics, our outing pics, bank statement ( which further proves our relationship) marriage invitation cards from both the parties,marriage certificate...is that enough? should i also send CD?? any suggestions? :'( :'(

outing pics n bank statement are not required.....they dont consider them as proof...as it can b acquired/possesed/taken any time .......they r only interested in proof of marriage.

so marriage pics,cd , and marriage certificate are good to send.

Hello Friends,

I have not been able to mail often due to busy schedule though I visit the forum using my phone now and then. Congrats to all who have progressed further. As I intimated earlier, my address disappeared last friday that is 23 Sep. It has still not re appeared and I still stay RBVO. I am Jan 6 applicant NOC 3111. Could someone please let me know the usual time from address disappearance to status change.
Has my address disappeared for too long ? What could it possibly mean ?

Today received our CAIPS notes (GCMS file), with the following status:
“Not started", none of the checks had been done

One good thing is full eligibility and completeness criteria were met, no concerns over docs submitted. 8)

One interesting thing is “Assignment date is 22 Oct 2011” I presume it will be start of processing?

They will require our updated PCC, obviously same as for the most applicants.

And they also have our recent updates, that we asked them to kindly acknowledge, which they never minded and ignored.

All we can do now is to wait... :'(

Hopefully things will move quickly for you from your "assignment date" IRG. Can I ask how you went about applying for your CAIPS note and how long did it take?

Buffalo Friends

My address is gone. But it could be nothing... Three months ago I changed my address and informed Buffalo by Fax, email and snail mail. It had not been changed, so this week I sent out a case specific inquiry telling them my address has still not changed.... so that might be why my address is now missing.

In any event, I have waited so long that any movement is exciting ???
Anyone else have their address disappear?

PS. Someone else from Buffalo mentioned this week that their address was finally corrected and changed, does anyone remember who it was? Did their address disappear first and reappear with their new address? Thanks!
