My address disappeared 3rd time...i hope at-least this time to get some good news from NDVO..

I have almost the same time-lines as yours..... address disappeared on 3rd Sep,, reappeared two days back... it is still there and status is RBVO... Donno what NDVO has instore for us ???

Any suggestions seniors??

The address dispappearance and reappearance shows there is some activity is currently going on in your file barring the maintenance work going on with CIC. If the delay goes beyond this month I would suggest you go again for a case specific enquiry. NDVO will not progress on our files without us meddling. There are so many instances in our forum like myself, Anil, always+ve, Bindu etc etc.

So proceed wisely..

Is it ok if S.O apply and make an application with new law (29 NOCs) while he has another application from the old law (38 NOCs).
I dont mean to apply from the new law and when recieve the file number withdraw the other; I want to keep both of them together in the visa office. Is there anyone here who has 2 application at the same time?

there are many applicants who have gone this road. this is absolutly OK...you can have two applications run in parallel...they will ask you to withdraw one when the other reaches a conclusive stage....e.g. passport request..

i beleive that when add.disappear, file will be updated.

in your case they have updated ur file abt the verication call...now u will receive MR/Interview or some communication from NDVO

Plz keep checking ur eCAS 20-30 times daily.

Thank you to those who congratulated me. Also, I just want everyone know that yesterday I got my PPR, my address was still missing on E-cas. And now, my address reappeared. Prior to this, my address went missing after i got my medical request. I do believe that the disappearance and reappearance of the address has something to do with an officer working on someon'e file. It is just that when it reappears, It may not show some changes due to some lack of data gathered to change the status and to send you medical, ppr, etc...Remember, that there are different kinds of factors they will have to consider and check. If the deem necessary to scrutinize on someone's application, they will have to gather some more infos. Acquiring those necessary infos also depends on the other government bodies or entities thay are getting them from. The cause of delay can also be due to not properly presenting your application and not keeping them updated.

Congratulation on ur PPR and totally agreed with ur comment about address.

My address disappeared on 22nd Sept morning, came back the same very evening. Today 24th Sept. it disappeared again with "IN PROCESS". The address is not there.

Ok now my address disappeared this evening for the first time. My e-Cas changed to In-Process on THU itself (VO started processing from 19th Sept 2011). Initially my address remains till today morning.
