Dear friends...
Please help if any body knows about this..
i got visa on 2nd july 2011
my baby born on 25th july 2011 add i got call from visa office to submit baby's birth certificate , copies of passport and rprf and our passports with corp. We sent all the documents on 27th august 2011.Now how much time it will take to get medical request for baby and finally family visa ?

your baby was born on 25th july and you got visa a few days before that, so friend how did DMPs allow your wife to do her medicals while she was 5 months pregnant ?

Hi alireza,

You have past the stage for INTERVIEW. You are absolutely safe...Interview generally comes in during RBVO stage and if everything is ok then the applicant goes into "In Process" and then Meds/RPRF/PP request is made.

Pls Note U can be called for an interview at any stage, even after meds, Remember Security checks are still on, if VO has any Security concern or wants any clarification interview can be called.

doctor said us that its our wish to do medical or not,,, if we want to do medical then Xray would be done with lead sheet covered on abdomen..
and a agreement document was signed by us which said that we want medical while my wife is pregnant..
dear .. we both are related to medical profession and we know that there is not harm to baby after shielding on abdomen..

My 2 AOR is Dated 20 April 2011......so it is 149 days...still no Document Request :'(

And My PER is Dated 28 March 2011....so it is 172 days...still left with 23 days to break the Record ;D

My PER date is 15 Mar. and request for further docs. 4 May 2011.....its like 135 days without any further news/MR.... so consider me also in the same race :-X

My passport will expire on Jan 04/12. My country is not issuing passports to anyone due to the bloody popular revolution to overthrow the regime.
Can the visa office issue a visa on an expired passport, as I don't expect the processing to finish before my passport expires. I currently live in US.. please advice !!

So I emailed Buffalo asking for an update on my file and received this response the next day: Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

I odered CAIPS notes and I got a letter a month after saying that they need at least another month. My friend applied under CEC in June and got his medical request yesterday. Loosing my patience

"Can the visa office issue a visa on an expired passport?" No they cannot and you can't enter Canada with an expired passport either I'm afraid. May I ask what country are you originally from? Maybe the passport situation would be resolved by the time Buffalo asks you for new passports... seems you have plenty of time. Wherever your country of origin, they cannot stop issuing passports forever...

I received PER email in june. after that i has been checking e-case every day but i never get changed expect RBVO in july. My worry is for my status in USA. I am on OPT status after F1 and it is valid till feb 2012. but at present i can not even think to get PR before feb 2012.

Hi, I cannot guess your timeline because every timeline is different.
It depends on your VO and how busy or quick they will be...
My experience is that no FSW2 has got a fast track procedure and will be treated the same as FSW1 or even a slower procedure.
All you can do is check ECAS and......wait.
