NDVO must be working on FEB+ applicants from mid OCT 2011 to prevent generating post june backlog since they are already overwhelmed with pre june backlog.

as i said earlier, NDVO is just working on pending cases before Feb 2011.

The average processing time before was 178 days(6 MONTHS) from the date application reached CIO. ( For NDVO applicants - jUNE 2010 to Jan 2011).

And now if we calculate for n from FEB 2011.... we crossed 220 days and still in RBVO. If we assume 10 months(300 days) as processing time for FEB + applicants...then FEB App. should get MR/pcc/RPRF/PPR in comming 35 days.....rest 45 days for sending PCC/RPRF/PP forVISA stamping.

In Short: FEB + Applicants can expect MR/PCC/PP/RPRF in 255 days from date of application filed at CIO.

Thanks man! I thought they verify each n every case for docs. Hope there's a good news in everyone's mail box. I had stopped checking my e-cas for sometime and had stopped visiting the forum as well because my e-cas permanently read 'we received your application......'. Suddenly one fine day my address has disappeared without any change in the e-cas STATEMENT.That still remains the same old ' we recvd your app....'. When 'll it go to 'IN PROCESS' ??? The answer for this can be given may be by our forum God Dr.Hasib who can foresee things...

it has been 255 days for me and sethi104 since application, and 161 days since RBVO. The curse of being a FSW2 applicant continues..

guys...for the first time with my case..my address disappeared from ecas....also got reply from ndvo (i mailed them to acknowledge receviing of my passports/pccs and finally tell me about my case status as on ecas it is showing medical results have been received..)..bbut they replied that acknowledgement of my passport has been sent through mail and i will get it soon..they didnt tell me about status from their side....

today i checked ..my ecas address disappeared..but all other things are same ...i.e.. status..of medical results have been received...

any guesses...to what is happenng with my case?????????
