I would like to share my updates with you:

We received a mail from London's Visa Office requesting the supply of the following documents:

1. A New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. New Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself & each family member over the age of 18
* Please ensure no gaps in dates for personal history or address history.
3. Original Police Certificates for you and Spouse/Common Law Partner from Saudi Arabia (that's where I reside)

& to supply all those documents in 60 days..

The mail is dated 15th of August & we received it on the 9th of September...

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am all prepared by keeping the fingers crossed. I don't see it as a flaw as it's a boon to us... ... Without address disappearance and with my FROZEN e-cas of RBVO, I wouldn't even know if there's something really happening or not.

Will I get a call or they call us only if required?

I Regret the delay.. you got it right.... actually it seems to be a flaw with their system that whenever they start working on a case (electronically) the address on ecas automatically disappears. Your employer might get verification call soon, be prepared..

Avi,

Have you tried to contact them? Sometimes the file goes under the table unintentionally and thus the delay. These people are extremely courteous and respond to email almost immediately.

Thanks mitali.. i contacted them by phone and they told it is in process(but my cc hasnt been charged). They said that processing times have increased and emailing at the above address wont have any effect

Hi avi:

Did you write "Rush, needed for immigration" on the forms when you sent it. I know some people have done that with success, I have even heard people put a date by which time they say they need to have it...

The first time I did it last year, it took 6 or 7 weeks. Last time I did it, in March, it took 4 weeks... I sent it in to Buffalo before the three months was up... but I am sure it will serve no purpose. Hope you get yours soon...

Thanks cam.. i didnt write rush/dates by which i have to send the pcc's to buffalo. i however attached the copies of the last pcc's i received. i have resuest pcc's twice. the first one came in 8 weeks and the second in 4 weeks. lets see how much this one takes
