less than 24h after I sent my updates to Buffalo I got a confirmation email saying that my info will be added to my file. who says they are slow ?
with their reply I got two app numbers. my initial app number the one starting with "E" and another one , new to me, starting with "B". what should I make of that?

Having a B file number is like a 2nd AOR per say. It means that they have at least oppened your application. Buffalo uses B file numbers

What do you mean by review? I dont think that anyone can really be sure what they have done to your sile other than assign you a file number.

the way I understand this process there is another file review done at VO level. just before going "In Process".

I think they assign a B file number as soon as files come in and get opened for a first time. If they had completed the review you would probably be in process then. Maybe, they have and are just waiting for Background checks? But who knows? Anything I say would be guessing.

My wife and I are both returning to the UK next Friday (9th September).

Then we will be coming back to Canada permanently around October time hopefully - my wife may be a month or two behind, depending on how the house sale goes.

My file is transfered to New Delhi visa office..the mentioning letter issued by 10th august 2011 by Canada reached me on 25th august.
Ecas shows PER completed by CIO-S.
Now what? Please guide me in Online process and also through letter.
