Hello,
I know the DMP would not disclose the result, but do they at least tell you exactly what they test for at the point/before collecting samples? And one more thing, is there any stage in pregancy when it is safe for wife to do her medicals, or the standard is for her to wait until after the baby?
Thanks.
We were told the results of out test as very good. For the children, the DMP told us the result immediately but for my wife & myself, the doctor told me after a few days when I phoned in to enquire. Even the X-ray guys told us immediately that all was clear.

About pregnancy, it is a tricky one. I consulted 2 senior radiologists in two major hospitals in south east England and they told me that it was ok for my wife to take the X-ray when she was 7 months pregnant but her GP advised us to wait if it is not essential. We decided to wait. However, X-ray is not advisable in the early stage of pregnancy.
If you can wait, it is the best option.
Best wishes.

Shalom

Dear fellow forum members,
I had a twist in my application which may slow down my application little bit but for a good reason.
I recently did my medicals but asked a month extension for my spouse since we had a baby boy born after a cesarean section and she is advised not to travel for some days.
When I sent an email to inform that we are expecting a baby and my work permit expires on September 7. they asked me to send my baby's passport and birth certificate within 60 days. In the email that I send I did not say the date that our bay expected. The request from Buffalo VO reached before the day baby was born. After a week itself, I got baby's passport and birth certificate in fast track mode and today I received my baby's medical which I couriered to my home country . My spouse and baby are planning to do their medicals next week. The letter does not say anything about my spouse's medical extension but I assume that they granted an extension.
My file will be little delayed but I am happy.
entemaria
Congrats mate. My love to your wife and the new born

Dear Applicant,

Your application for permanent residence has been reviewed and the documents marked below are required.
An immigration officer will assess your application 60 days from the date of this email. You will be notified in writing of the officer's decision. Please do not send scanned copies of the documents via email.

Affidavits prepared for the purpose of your application will not be considered conclusive evidence of your relationship.

You must forward all requested documents together to the address below within 60 days of the date of this email. You will not receive any additional requests or reminders.
Yours sincerely,

In actuall, i have claimed points of adaptibility for my Spouse's Maternal Uncle.
Since both my Wife's Mother and My Mother in law's Brother[Wife's Uncle] were born before 1950. at that time people were very reluctant to make bc. even if they have made bc, due to frequent migration within the city/state they have lost their birth certificates. Therefore i sent following documents to CIO.

1.Wife's Birth certificate.
2.Wife's Mother Marriage certificate(showing common parent with her brother)
3.Wife's Mother's Brother's Marriage Certificate( Showing common parent with her Sister)

I dont know why VO has sent me and requested me for these documents since i already provided Marriage Certificates instead of Birth Certificates

I am not worried about payslips, tax dcuments,cc transaction as they can be easily arrange.

PLEASE Help me What should i reply to VO. I will be thankful to you.

Hi LinkSalman,

If you do not have the birth certificates would it be possible to apply for them now? If not, you could try to submit notarized copies of their Xth and XIIth school certificates which have the birth dates on them. I do not know if London would accept it but NDVO does. So perhaps if you can not arrange for the birth certificates, send in the school certificates and the marriage certificates again with a cover letter explaining the situation. All the best and I hope you hear something positive from them at the earliest.

Hello Westumped,

Yes indeed it is possible that i can apply for birth certificate of my mother in law and her brother. BUT question is that, Will LVO accept these new Birth certificates? Will those certificates not create a doubt about my application?

I have talked to couple of senior members and came to know that LVO doesnt accept X and XII certificates...I have 60 days and i am not in my city rite now. i will be back on 29th so will try hard to arrange those documents.

Well, that's great then. You can apply for the birth certificates now and send them to LVO together with a cover letter explaining why they are so new. You could also attach the school certificates anyway as additional proof. I'd also resend any other documents to prove the date of birth and relationship.

That should be no problem ma'am. If they have extended health insurance your physiotherapy is usually covered by your insurer in most provinces in Canada. I'll email everybody my clinic address as soon as I land. As we say in my profession - "You are in safe hands" :D

Hehehehe, well, you're allready in business even when your not landed yet!!! ;D
