Hi Avi_15, here is a question, apparently you can send the payment in US dollars or Canadian Dollars. But the exchange rate has gone crazy lately. Does Buffalo accept the two currencies as equal?

Option for US DOLLARS still lies in the website and in the letter I received two weeks before. Since you are in US, pay in USD and you can save some bucks. For me it does not make any changes much because I need to pay conversion charges.

Can one confirm which passport size are these. Is it Canadian passport size OR Canadian Visa size or US passport size ones

I did my medicals last week and Canadian passport photos and US Visa photos are very large. The Designated Medical Practioner (DMP) asked me Canadian Visa type (he just said smaller one) photos in white background. He asked me FOUR photos. I saw him pasting all four photos in the forms!!!

Call the DMP that you are going and verify.

Stay healthy!!

I did my medical exams last Friday. The doctor asked me to give him 2 passport size photos. I took my US passport size pictures with me and it was fine. The instruction also said that 2 passport size photos and a passport are required.

No comments then. My DMP asked four and I did it. I don't know what is the size of US Passport. I know only US visa photo size. Sorry about that. Good to ask DMP.

general test, blood and urine tests, X-ray. They do not let you know the result. They have to send your blood and urine samples to the lab for testing before all of them are sent to Visa office.

lol....thats very true though. May be we should attach one bank draft in every correspondence we do. May be they shd start premium processing...lol
