It was dated 25 July, posted on 26 July and i received it in mail today -2 Aug.

The letter was sent to my old address and i received it forwarded from that address.

Have been given 90 days to submit PCC's(Had not sent the PCC's initially). Have been given 60 days to do medicals.

congrats avi. at least one v officer is working.
apparently they are working in kind of a chronological order. so far they've only communicated with August and September applicants. Am I wrong?
