i should not meddle in between , but if you see clearly the picture which dr hasib has posted, he has no where written any country's name...i m from india and if you all could recall here too we suffered from bomb blast , and suffering has still not gone..we all understand how it feels to have unfortunate situation like these but please. think about it, once that you bring out issues like bombing,western countries, eastern countries where actually we are supposed to talk about immigration. lets congratulate him and lets not misunderstand him for no reason.

( i have not met him, but as a human being try and understand why would he go beyond his limits and intentionally hurt anyone's feeling. He too is a man who has a family and moreover he is a human being too, and m sure he understands what sufferings are all about.

Dr Hasib has a history of making contraversial posts, some of which have been very racist against Pakistanis - and now, at a time where we hear terrible news of bombing in Olso, he posts pictures of someone seriously injured in a bombing attack and thinks that laughing about this is an acceptable way to announce his medical requests?

If he wants to end this "tasteless issue" he should perhaps remove his tasteless post and apologise for making it in the first on this immigration forum - rather than pretending it's all ok and telling anyone who disagrees with it that they "lead a boring life".

People are so worked up about this, especially relating it to Oslo, but I don't see anyone batting an eyelid to all the innocent deaths in Libya.

That picture could be depicting Libya as well! Are we more bothered about the innocent deaths in Oslo than those in Libya?

I'm sure Dr. Hasib wasn't poking fun at anybody.

Lets just stay focused on immigration, laugh when we get the joke and keep quiet when we don't.

Buffalo VO uses Post Box address in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada to send communications by mail to all IN CANADA applicants. I have used this mail address to renew my visa several times before and BUFFALO VO has inclued this address in their mailing address.

Let me tell you what is the mail that I received after 22 days that is send from same province in Canada.
